I recently moved into Citrus Commons, and the entire experience has been outstanding from start to finish. Brittany and Mimi were absolutely incredible throughout the entire process, truly best-in-class service. Every request I had was accommodated seamlessly, and the move-in was flawless. The building itself is absolutely gorgeous. The design and layout are incredibly well thought out, functional, and modern, with clear attention to detail throughout. This is certainly higher-end living, and it shows in both the quality of the space and the level of service. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. Highly recommend Citrus Commons to anyone looking for a premium living experience with a team that genuinely cares.

The move-in process at the Citrus Commons was super smooth! Everything went exactly as planned, and I’m already loving the new location — it’s convenient, quiet, and really well-kept. The building and common areas were clean, quiet, and well cared for, which I truly value. The location is ideal and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and safe. I also had a great experience with the leasing team Isasias & Mimi, they were professional, helpful, and transparent throughout the process. This apartment is an excellent fit for what I’m looking for.

I would like to thank Mimi T. for providing exceptional customer service throughout our move-in process. She was consistently available, professional, and a pleasure to work with. The rest of the leasing team is just as wonderful and supportive. The apartments themselves are extremely clean and well maintained—the property is clearly kept in great condition. While there is a parking fee, which I wish was not required, the wide range of amenities ultimately made it an easy decision for us to move in. Overall, a great experience so far.

I was absolutely blown away by how modern, well designed and inviting Citrus Commons looks. I spent almost an hour touring 4 or 5 different units, took home some information about the building and followed up the next day only to find that they discriminate against people who own their own business. If you have an LLC and get paid in a business checking account, even if you file a regular tax return (e.g., not as an S-Corp, but as a disregarded entity) they will reject you outright because they view you as a corporation, not a person. This is a strange practice at best—one that I've never encountered in over 25 years of living in Los Angeles. The building has low occupancy and is priced highly for the neighborhood comps nearby.
