I have been with this bank 20 plus years. I have never had a bad experience. I have seen many come and go. All have always been polite, kind and helpful. Of course, my favorite is Miss Gayla, she has taken care of many issues for me very quickly, efficiently, professionally and she is like family to me and my mother who also banks there. Keep up the good work Citizens Community Bank.

This bank is horrendous! Worst banking experience ever! Started the loan process with them in early November and they just set on it till January 2nd! Admitted to not looking at it for 6 weeks cause they were busy with end of year stuff and the whole time were lying to us that everything was going smoothly and looking great! The loan officer was NEVER at work, never returned calls, and when only lied to us when we were able to get ahold of him! A terrible bank, terrible loan officers, terrible experience, and played a huge part in ruining the holidays due to their constant lying! Go anywhere else but here!!

Banked with them since 1998. Never a problem, easy to work with, would never switch.

I dig this bank because I can pull $500 off the ATM as my Max limit, as opposed to the $250 limit on other ATMs. This is very beneficial to me in regards to getting my bills paid. I appreciate their service! Never wait in line either at the ATM!
