Citizen Apartments

This is my second report regarding the leaking sink in my unit. Maintenance previously came out and marked the repair as completed. However, the sink began leaking again on the same day while I was washing dishes. I immediately contacted the front office and spoke with them. Alana was very rude and unprofessional and was told that maintenance would return to fix the issue. No one showed up. Don't move here staff is rude and lie about what they did and clearly did not complete the job. Your staff represents the company this says a lot about you.

I recently moved out after living at this apartment complex for two years and overall I had a great experience. The rent was affordable and the maintenance staff was always quick, friendly, and even kind my dog. I loved how the community was tucked away, offering a quiet and peaceful. The location was super convenient, close to almost everything I needed. Victoria and Danielle in the leasing office were always helpful and kind when I need assistance. The package room was usually well organized and the walls were pretty thick so I rarely heard my neighbors. I also loved that the building was secure and included valet trash. Found out during my move out they ran up my power bill while I was moving out while I guess they were doing whatever in there, gave me like 50/700 back of my security deposit for “renovations” experience here was poor. Only positive was Victoria was nice. That’s all I can honestly say that was nice about my 3 years there.

I am writing this review based upon the way I was treated during my application process . Upon the touring of the unit I was given what the requirements were to apply and what adversities would stop me and my sister from being eligible when asked if anything else further was needed I was told “no” so both applications were put in and I gave several follow up calls, with me formerly working in a leasing office I know the steps and protocols of how to proceed forward with an applicant. Well I must say this was not done I had to continue to call to get any feedback from anyone no one ever reached out to me then everytime I did call they would give me the run around, so finally I decided to go into the office to speak with someone.
