Had my Long Island house appraised in January to see what I should have it listed for. My agent from Carrington referred me to this company. The appraiser was fantastic, punctual, answered my questions and seem to know his stuff well. He called me a week later to see if all went OK with the Appraisal! I never write reviews but I had no issues and he was a real nice guy.
