Update: Walter and Aliyah identified the noise issue. They tirelessly made calls, resolved the problem, and ensured no tenants could hear any noise during the quiet hours. Finally, I can say I slept through the night. Although the issue was fixed, I chose to move out because the new unit is an upgrade and offers more space. This kind of effort deserves a 5-star rating, since most Orlando apartment complexes often overlook the noise issue. Their professional property management creates a luxurious lifestyle beyond the building amenities. I highly recommend Cititower for anyone. Here are some stunning pictures of downtown Orlando. I am modifying my 5 star review because I am really annoyed and shocked at how the leasing company sneaks in additional bizarre charges. This month I got hit with a $155 “electric refill charge” Soooo sneaky!!!! It’s like an assessment on a rental property! Something I have never seen in a leased apt So the rent they advertise is actually a couple of hundred dollars below what you actually pay. There is a mandatory “trash reimbursement” fee, a mandatory “amenity fee” and surprise “rebell” charges. OLD Review: I give a 5 star rating because of Aliyah (she’s very nice) and Walter (also very nice). The building is in a great location and the staff are very friendly. The maintenance crew also responds very quickly to issues.

Just recently ended my lease here but I could’ve lived here a couple more years, easily! Staff is super friendly, it really feels like family. The maintenance guys are amazing. Building is well kept and location is prime being next to the Lake and Publix. I’ll miss the views and the pool for sure.

I have been at CitiTower for 7 months and have had a great experience. I choose CitiTower because of the proximity to Lake Eola, the friendly staff, building layout, and the ability to have a view from a higher floor. Aliyah has been a wonderful Assistant Community Manager and is always extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge, leasing, and maintenance teams (Walter, Nicole, Michelle and everyone else) always greet you with a smile and a hello. I feel safe and comfortable in the building and a special bonus with all the lovely dogs and residents.

I recently chose Citi Tower as my new home, and a big part of that decision was because of Aliya. I had toured a few other places before, and one thing that stood out about Citi Tower was how many 5-star reviews mentioned her by name. That gave me a lot of confidence knowing I could count on her and she absolutely lived up to every single one of those reviews. She treats the community with genuine care and pride, as if it were her own. Her professionalism, follow through, and dedication are unmatched. As someone who works in management myself, it’s rare to meet someone who not only meets expectations but exceeds them.
