To anyone trying to rent property be vigilant. This company is very unprofessional and discriminatory. Everything checked out with me and on the last step of the application process, the company asked for my rental history and who we are renting from now. The name of our rental company is Fulfillment Properties and we have been here going on 2 years. We'll, citiside property management called again and said our rental company is fake. Wow! Our lease is online, we gave them the email address and phone number of our rental company, and we were still denied. Im not stopping here, because the company tried to find every reason to deny us, not for being unqualified, but for being black. Nit only that, my roommate has a section 8 voucher in good standing and never been late on our rent since we

I love the way this company communicates with me. Submitting my documents weren’t hard at all . Approval process and timing also matters and both were a breeze. I suggest any one looking for a home to go through this company. Citiside Properties asked me to read the electrical service that I received through Bailey electrical, and I must say that they did an exceptional job Mr Bailey and his crew were very proficient, efficient, polite, attentive, and very kind to me while performing the service of the electrical repair. I highly highly highly recommend Bailey electrical, and I hope that Cityside property will retain their services for any future repairs for any of their properties because they do exceptional work.
