Citigate Apartments

I recommend this community wholeheartedly. We have lived here almost 19 months. The buildings are fresh and nice. All the staff members are wonderful. Personally had very minimal maintenance request maybe only three or four in total duration but they have a great maintenance team. Miss Brittany and upper management is also very understanding and helpful. They have amazing walkway to walk inside the property the pool and other facilities are very nice as well.

Overall this is a nice community. I love the seating areas next to the pond and the grill access. However, there is zero airflow in the elevator so during the blistering heat, you will feel like you’re suffocating. The breezeways could definitely use pressure washing. Matt the maintenance guy is wonderful. So kind and also does a great job. Edit: they will charge you extra fees and your rent is never consistent. The office staff is not helpful in any kind of way. Things break A LOT! I have lived in apartments for years and this is definitely not somewhere I would recommend to anyone. There are way better for the price. Keep in mind, my base rent is $1514 and I pay $1740 after they tack on all there ridiculous fees. You can’t use things like the game room or theatre room unless it’s durin

Shoutout to Mr. Edwin — he deserves all the recognition. Always friendly, always professional, and he consistently takes care of my maintenance the right way. Reliable, efficient, and gets the job done every time.

Man my maintenance guy named Matt came and took care of all my problems with the quickness and gave me amazing advice . I really liked his services and wanted to personally give him a review. I also wanted to give a shout out to ms Sarah in the office for personally working with me and getting me my perfect apartment. Citigate is highly recommended for a place to live .

The office crew are very nice and informative Brittney, Anastasia and both Sarah's. They actually have a recreation room. Beautiful pool and gym! The grounds done by Steve are very well maintained and the maintenance crew Robert, Matt and Edwin seem busy making sure work orders are being done. I'm looking forward to having this property as an option on my next move this summer. Thanks!
