Roaches everywhere inside my house. homeless outside my door had to call cops almost every other day. They were always tweaking. Throw up in the hallways sometimes they were needles on the floor and stairs🤮 the only good thing is being close to city creek. And I got almost all of my deposit back

I have lived here for over 2 years now. Half of that time I’ve been living month to month constantly asking the office when I can get a new lease for over a year, no one ever had an answer. Ever since Weinder bought the apartments complex the office staff has been short staffed and hard to maintain employees. When I applied for a new apartment they got in contact with Bridges/ Citifront and said I was not a resident here and I was someone completely different. The experience wasn’t great sadly. There’s still problems with the homelessness around the area. Cars in the area are broken into all the time. Some comments from the reviews says there’s extra security now, they only mean there’s more gates (that people have went through it easily already) and the main one has been on and off workin

This place is a scam! I sended application more then 10 days ago,and they never reach out to me. So they just take my money for application fee. Too bad I like the apartment,but this management don't e want to do they job

Citifront is a great place! I love the layout of my place and I feel very comfortable here. And if I ever have any issues I can submit a request and the maintenance comes pretty quick. Angela was amazing and so helpful in getting me all set up and even checking up to make sure I’m all good. For an apartment in SLC, I’m very happy living here!

Estephanie has been a very helpful member of the Citifront apartment team. She has assisted me on multiple occasions with kindness and professionalism. I’m grateful for her support and positive attitude!
