Citadel On Elgin

I love living here! Sandra is an awesome manager! I have lived here for a little over a year, and they keep the place looking new as it did 3 years ago when it was built. There are lots of amenities and perks included. I also have made many good friends here. It is also nice that we have a church right next door.

I will manage Center at the Citadel on Elgin. This is the best she always cleaning. She’s always assistant the residence always helping always encouraging. I wish with a beautiful smile on my face. I am so grateful to have someone here to help us seniors if she leave I will leave too. She’s the best.

like to send a shout to our Citadel On Elgin manager (Rita) and maintenance man (Ivan). Because of the bad storm that hit a while ago causing a transformer to go out. Now we don't have electricity. And the elevators are out along with everything else that runs off electricity. Our caring manager Rita call electric company to check out status. She and the maintenance man Ivan went around checking on the residents making sure everyone was ok and safe. I've never seen nor felt this much concern for residents. Thank you Jesus and Pastor Leslie Smith for hiring a great team here at Citadel On Elgin. We love and appreciate Rita and Ivan. 🙏🥰

I love living at The Citadel on Elgin! Love how neat and clean it is.If there are any problems, they are addressed immediately and performed efficiently. As far as Rita and Ivan are concerned, they are proactive and always ready to help! They are both kind, friendly and likeable...if fact I like both of them very much. Your company has two rock stars 🌟 here. In my opinion you made an excellent choice for having them running your beautiful property!!!
