Marilyn States and Jennifer James not only rented me an apartment with MOLD but they also decided it was my fault and refused to return my money. I asked them if they checked the apartment or spoke with the landlord beforehand​ and they said they had. How can that be? When I moved in I found the mold growing in corners. To top it all off the apartment didn't have a smoke​ detector​. When told them about the issue the very first day I moved in they brushed me off and told me talk to the landlord. Who is a slum lord that did not do anything and stole my money! I was forced to move, again! I lost over three grand with this agency do yourself a favor never use them!

I dealt with my broker Alfonzo Guillaume and Wesley Ally from “Citadel Circle Realty” when it came to selling my home. They were very pleasant and nice to deal with. Also, very professional and know what they are doing when it comes to real estate. I was looking to sell my home at the price it was originally valued at, but Mr. Ally suggested we price a little higher than value. I’m glad I listened to him because I received a better price than expected. I would highly recommend ”Citadel Circle Realty” for buying and/or selling your property. Dealing with them, I saw first hand that they take pride in helping and reaching out to the community.

Alain Najac helped me immensely as I searched Brookltn for a new apartment and I admit; my requirements were intense but he was patient and worked with me. Would reccomend.

This place was very clean, the people were very friendly, they work with you to help find an apartment. My very special thanks to Mary.
