Victoria needs to be fired. She is too stuck up and act like she is too good for her job. I came inside because I thought my package got sent there and she made it seem like I was such an offender. She couldn’t talk to me for a person that doesn’t have no customer service shouldn’t be in the office of no apartments. And stop referring to people as your tenants like you run the apartments

I also love living here it's quite and clean. Victoria the property manager not only is she gorgeous she is very professional and you can tell she appreciates her tenants. Ricardo the maintenance man is a great worker and always does a good job. Citadel is blessed to have these two workers. Congratulations!

We lived here for almost a year, Our manager Victoria is very helpful, and helps us with all our needs. After our first visit to the property we decided that we want to live here only because of her. It’s a great place to live, and we feel safe here. 100% recommend

This place is not only peaceful but also clean and close to lots of nearby shops/outlets! Chelcie is an amazing property manager, highly attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns we have. David on the maintenance team makes sure to complete work orders efficiently and in a timely manner. Both are excellent and following up and making sure their tenants are taken care of. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment!

I’ve been living here for a little over 6 months and just signed a year lease with these apartments as I truly love it here. Chelcie is an amazing manager that really holds it down and is always on top of things, she is honestly the main reason I chose these apartments. Parking is great, which is important for me and the complex grounds are clean and well kept.
