I just moved into this condominium, and my experience so far has been excellent. The place is very well maintained, organized, and provides a great sense of comfort and safety. I would like to give special thanks to Chris, who assisted me throughout the entire leasing process. He was extremely professional, attentive, and always willing to help with all my questions. He made everything much easier and smoother, especially during a time that is usually stressful like moving. I definitely recommend this condominium, and again, thank you Chris and your team for all the support!

I would like to share how satisfied we are with the service provided by Chris and all of his colleagues at the office. From the very first contact, they were extremely attentive, helpful, and always willing to assist with every detail of the process. We have just moved in and we are very happy with the apartment! DO NOT RENT HERE! I moved out of this complex almost 4 years ago my initial experience when leasing and moving in was promising however after signing the lease I quickly learned it’s only promising when they are getting you into a lease after that you’re on your own like a used car salesman. Complaints are ignored, maintenance issues take days/weeks to be addressed and the office is unresponsive to emails or phone calls. I recently had a collection hit my credit due to $120 not being paid which I had no idea I had a balance was never contacted was never sent a bill I even called 3 years ago to make sure everything was in order and all set and was told everything is all set. 4 years later I get a hit on my credit, look into and it’s coming from Cirrus. I want to share my experience living at this apartment complex to help future renters make an informed decision. First, I asked the office if I could leave my recently purchased car in one of the garages since I was unable to register it yet after becoming sick with norovirus. I was told it would be okay. While I was recovering, my sister checked on the car daily to make sure it was safe. Today, after I started feeling better, I discovered that my car had been towed. The manager, Regina, claimed a note was placed on the car, but neither my sister nor I saw any notice on the vehicle. I can see the garage area from my window, and there was no warning placed on the car. There were also no calls, emails, or mass notifications about a vehicle being towed from the garage. I’ve been living here for almost 5 years and tbh if you’re looking for a quiet spot, good luck! People upstairs from me are loud (complained to the office) people downstairs from me go in and out of their slider constantly and slam it so hard (surprised it hasn’t shattered yet) and too add to it their dogs bark out of control that I’m surprised no one has mentioned anything to the office and the people next door from me, when the door closes behind them it shuts so hard that it shakes mine! Other than that the grounds are great during the summer but winter they don’t ask us to move our cars to plow the parking spots. Almost slipped and fell a few times! Office staff is FANTASTIC!!
