Horrible Experience I rented a unit at Circle East Townhomes last summer because of its proximity to my job. At first everything seemed fine, but the following eight months turned into constant headaches. The location itself is problematic. There is frequent noise from ambulances due to the nearby trauma hospital, and train tracks on the other side of the property with trains passing roughly every 15 minutes. The biggest issue is the management. Alex Bond, the condominium manager or whatever he is, has been unprofessional, problematic and extremely unresponsive. Maintenance requests are routinely ignored, calls and emails often go unanswered, and issues are only addressed when management feels like responding. There are also serious safety and upkeep concerns. During my first week we

A Truly Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, my experience living at this property was a complete disappointment. I moved here for school, and although the building initially seemed like a great option, it quickly proved to be a mistake. I ended up terminating my lease early due to multiple issues that made living here extremely stressful. Location & Noise: The property is located in East Cleveland, an area with high crime rates and a generally unsafe environment. It sits directly on Euclid Avenue, where the noise pollution is overwhelming ambulances with sirens pass by constantly, along with loud vehicles, motorcycles, and booming music from people exercising or passing by. On the opposite side of the building, there are active train tracks that add to the conti

I can not stress enough how far away from this place you should stay. I have smelt natural gas on occasion for 2 months without the property mangers taking action. It took me spending my own money to buy a gas detector to prove to them that it was an issue for them to take action. Once I had proof of a gas leak, they told me to vacate hours after reporting it and that they were going to turn off the gas. They offered me a measly compensation of $100 for me to go find a hotel at 9:30 PM that night. I had to drive around Cleveland on the icy roads looking for a hotel I could afford last minute. It is almost 24 hours later and I don’t know if the issue is fixed or if my apartment has no heat. During this two months, I had an oven that was completely dysfunctional. When I would attempt to pre

Rats, Roaches, and Rudeness — Welcome Home! If you enjoy sharing your living space with rats, mice, and an endless parade of bugs, congratulations, you’ve found your place. If you also appreciate rude, clueless property managers who can’t seem to do the bare minimum, then Circle East is your dream home. After the property was sold Christmas 2024, everything went downhill very fast. The new owners and management are either too cheap or too incompetent (possibly both) to run a residential property. No maintenance staff, no landscaping, no trash pickup, just excuses. They can’t even manage an email inbox without losing track of half the building’s issues. The “property manager” Alex, is a master of blame-shifting and forgetting things he’s supposed to do. Ask a question, and you’ll be met

If there were a rating lower than zero stars, Circle East Homes; now rebranded as The Ave at Euclid Ave, as if a name change could hide the disaster; would deserve every negative point possible. Honestly, I still don’t even know where to begin describing how unbelievably awful this place is. I would genuinely choose homelessness over ever stepping foot in this apartment again or dealing with the circus they call management. All my life, in all my years of renting, I have never seen a group of people so incompetent, so disrespectful, and so alarmingly clueless. Their level of indifference borders on performance art as if they actively train to see how badly they can fail at the simplest tasks. They do not respond to emails, they ignore maintenance requests until you’ve aged several decades,
