Cinnamon Ridge Apartments

BEST COMPANY EVER. I have had numerous apartments throughout this company through sister apartments and they have always taken care of my family and I and treated us with the upmost respect, Prompt maintenance, and Ms. Jaymee even went the extra step and always checks in with me about my children and how I'm doing. If you wanna feel like family this is definitely the place for you. Even upper management has always called me back extremely fast and they've been my home for years. Any property through this company is amazing. Very well maintained through maintenance and honestly the kindest and most trust worthy maintenance personnel I've ever worked with never an awkward encounter they'll speak to you while doing work and give you many laughs. The outside is in poor & dirty condition. The entire complex reeks of smoke. Cigarette butts everywhere. The unit we were given was dirty & also reeked of smoke. The walls have nicotine sweat, poor air circulation, the on site laundry is not functional & the washers smell bad and make your clothes smell. Other tenants smoke on the balcony walk way, units are painted poorly & bad wall patch jobs. Pictures online are misleading. This place is giving $20/night motel vibes.

I just wanted to thank Jaymee especially; also Dan and Maid for helping me while I lived at Cinnamon Ridge. Their knowledge and willinness to help really made the ten years I lived there pleasurable and effortless. Her management skills allowed me and the family to really feel secure. We are now living in the South, but will always remember living at Cinnamon Ridge.

First I want too say this place has been through a few different managers some nice and some not so nice, but then Jayme Pulley came here and let me tell you she is by far hands down the BEST manager I have ever had. She is Stern but always fair and she is the only one that doesn't talk to residents about other residents .I will always stay here unless she leaves then I will have to think about moving. I would alsolike to tell everyone that we had some pretty bad people here that were not very nice, they were distructive and brought alot of drugs here while they were sqating with some tenants and Jaymee got rid of all them and still kept her composer and always remains in control, she has my respect. Do not rent from here, I gave notice because of my job transferring me. They hit me with $1600 collection, the dryers haven't worked in months, I was without hot water for four days and they knew about it and didn't notify me, they advertise a gated community and the gate never worked and they didn't open the pool till mid July. They will screw u over
