I worked with Cindy to buy a property in a specific area and Cindy was a great and trusted advisor to me. She helped me understand the market and guided me through the entire buying process. I really liked that Cindy is very current on all available technologies; she would email me the properties available, comparables and all other data that I needed to make a decision. She would then arrange for property showing, guided me the process of submitting an offer and eventually escrow, disclosures, home inspection, etc, etc. I really valued that Cindy was fully dedicated to making my purchase a smooth one and I liked that I could review, sign and submit all the documents electronically.
