It's a really nice apartment complex! People are nice and welcoming. The staff here is really awesome and they make you feel at home and make sure you're taken care of. All around the community here is great! Big shout out to Brenda and Katie along with the maintenance crew!

Cimarron Pointe has honestly been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. Brenda and Katie are both awesome to work with — super friendly, on top of things, and they make the office feel welcoming every time you walk in. Any service call I’ve put in has been handled fast, and the maintenance crew respects your space and gets the job done right. And yes… the coffee and cookies in the office do not hurt at all. Little things like that really make it feel more like a community instead of just another apartment complex. Been really happy here.

I’ve lived here almost a year and I have zero complaints! My neighbors are quiet and respectful. The grounds are very well kept! Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Best of all, the ladies in the office, Brenda and Kelly are absolute angels. By far, the best customer service I’ve ever received. I truly feel blessed!

The office staff is so friendly & efficient. I can submit a service order & they do their best to do it that day or work around your schedule if necessary. This is an A+ facility. I appreciate them so much
