Cimarron Apartments

This is the worst community you could choose to live in. I lived there for three years. Here, I'll tell you just a few of the things that happened to me. The community is infested with scorpions. Earlier this year, a scorpion stung my 6-year-old daughter while we were in the dining room of the apartment (I have medical evidence). It was the worst time we've ever been. We saw scorpions inside and outside the apartment at least three times a week. The cockroaches everywhere are also terrifying. A while ago, my 4-year-old son's electric scooter was stolen from the apartment door (it was his Christmas present).We filed a police report, but obviously, the scooter never appeared. Living here has honestly been such a positive experience for me. What stands out most is how thoughtfully designed the community is especially when it comes to accessibility. It truly feels comfortable and accommodating for people with disabilities, which means a lot. I enjoy spending time at the pool and using the amenities. They’re well-kept and make everyday living feel enjoyable and relaxed. The area around Cimarron is peaceful while still being convenient, which I really appreciate. It’s the perfect balance. Rico, Cynthia, and Anetta have always been kind, approachable, and helpful not just to me, but to the entire Cimarron community. My daughter and I truly enjoy living here. I lived at this apartment complex for six months and was never once late on my rent—in fact, I always paid well in advance of the due date. When I moved out, I left the apartment spotless, with no damage of any kind. I only left because I was forced to, after my pregnant girlfriend was brutally assaulted by another tenant near the gated dog area. This happened over a ridiculous “dog poop issue,” which exists only because the apartment management has completely failed to maintain the grounds or enforce basic cleanliness. Many tenants complain that dog owners allow their pets to defecate anywhere and everywhere, and nothing is ever cleaned or addressed. I’ve had a great experience living at Cimarron Apartments. Cynthia is amazing she’s always friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s been helpful and responsive. The maintenance staff is just as great work orders are handled quickly, efficiently, and with care. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and it feels like a safe and comfortable place to call home. I highly recommend Cimarron Apartments to anyone looking for excellent management and dependable maintenance.
