Cigan Properties

For those looking for Karen Cigan, this is not her. This is a different property management company that has the unfortunate circumstance as sharing Karen's name. Rented from Cigan Properties about 4 years ago. Started renting in 2011 (so 3.5 years of renting). Great landlords. Always responsive to repairs and worked with us when we thought we spotted bed bugs (paid for Orkin to do a survey and would only charge if active bed bugs were spotted). Pointed out a piece of the carpet that we damaged, and they didn't even charge us to repair it and got the full security deposit back.

I rent a commercial property on Westgate road in Eau Claire. Jack and his team are always on top of things! Jack owns a few properties around here and seems there is always someone around to take care of the properties. Today they are laying new blacktop down when I did not even think it was needed! Thanks Jack!

This office complex is functional, but not fancy. Old, but maintained to an acceptable level. It is a strange, old building with interesting twists and turns and stairways that seem hidden. It's a good place to begin renting office space.

Terrible landlords with terrible communication skills. Would recommend finding some where else to rent from before considering this place.

My Aunt lives in one of her apartments on El Dorado BLVD. The building is infested with bed bugs!!! I wish something could be done about it! Very bad landlady!!!
