Cielo Vista Townhomes

I’ve really enjoyed living at Cielo Vista for almost two years. Donna and the maintenance team are always on top of everything, whether it’s changing air filters or taking care of any repairs. If I ever have an issue, Donna is always just one call away and ready to help me, no matter what it is. She’s very professional and truly cares about the residents. During the summer, Emiliano and the maintenance staff always have the pool ready for residents to enjoy, and they keep it very clean. The staff here is amazing and always makes sure my needs are taken care of. This is a great place to live, especially if you like quiet neighbors and a peaceful environment.

I love living at Cielo Vista Townhomes! The personal parking is a big plus, and the walls are thick so it’s nice and quiet. Maintenance stays on top of things, and the staff are always helpful, even after hours. Overall, it’s been a great place to live!

When i was looking for townhomes in Odessa area , I wanted to make sure all my boxes were checked off .including good neighborhood, clean area, good communication with the property manager , and so much more. These box’s for me was marked off . I also love that it’s so close to everything. My kids and I enjoy this community very much .

Love, love, love my townhome. The apartment manger is amazing. She’s been very helpful/ supportive since the day we moved in. Maintenance is WONDERFUL as well. Very quiet/ peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Donna is literally one of the best managers I’ve ever dealt with. This year has been extremely hard for me and she with Intrawest Management has literally saved me. She is very understanding! Compassionate! And I owe a lot to her!
