Tommy, the Lead Maintenance Technician, is great. He’s always kind, helpful, and does solid work. I see him around the complex all the time, and he’s honestly more than just maintenance, he’s a familiar, friendly face and really part of the community here. He’s worked on my unit several times and always keeps me in the loop on what’s going on, which I really appreciate. Apartment living comes with its issues, but it’s always a pleasure seeing Tommy around and knowing things are in good hands. One concern I do want to mention is building security. The garage gates are left open fairly often, which is a safety issue, especially since the doors inside the gate don’t require a fob. Had the pleasure of joining my sister on a few apartment tours and Cielo was by far the best. Nicole was amazing and so knowledgable every property should have one of her! Sadly my sister's move will no longer be happening but I am so glad we toured this place! They are now my top choice for when my current lease ends

This review is specifically about the maintenance team at Cielo. We have lived here for over 3 years and the maintenance team deserves a 5 star rating today compared to past performance. The maintenance team is friendly and professional. My recent requests have been completed promptly with quality work and friendliness. Previous staff left messes and requests too weeks to complete. It's not like that anymore. I hope Cielo keeps these guys happy because they are doing a great job taking care of residents.

Darnell is great. He gave us a tour and was amazingly accommodating and considerate throughout the whole process of selecting an apartment, applying, and move-in. We’re now residents and that is largely due to the attention Darnell has shown. We look forward to our time at Cielo.

Okay so Darnell has been amazing and very helpful, I can tell he really was happy for us when we got approved and has gone above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly, we got our dog approved too and it’s personally my first time applying for an apartment and I couldn’t be happier with coming to live here c: super excited to be getting a place with my fiancé
