I am a neighboring resident to your community, and I’m reaching out regarding the continuous construction noise that has been occurring since March 2025. The construction has been happening Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., every single day for the past eight months. After the first month of constant noise, I contacted CID and tried to reach the property manager multiple times with no success. When I finally got a hold of her, she stated the project would only take another month. However, it is now November, and the construction is still ongoing daily. When I attempted to follow up again, the manager did not take my call and instead had another person inform me that the work will continue for another one to two months. CID Management is a Bay Area gem. We are so lucky to have found Toni, Lindsay, and their team. They are smart, responsive, savvy, and also very personable and fun to work with. They are also REALLY good at their job and very helpful. As the president of my HOA in Pleasant Hill, we have had bad experiences with HOA management companies in the past. Other management companies we have dealt with are super-corporate, hard to get on the phone, and don’t deliver on the services promised in the contract. Many of CIDs negative reviews should be ignored because they are from residents of the HOA who are upset with CID Management for simply carrying out the wishes and direction of the HOA board. I came to complain about Lindsay and I was sad to see that she's been so mean to many other clients. She gets mad over the simplest things and seems to want us to do everything her way or she becomes incredibly hostile. She doesn't seem to have strong enough reading comprehension skills, as we provided her with important information from the beginning and she still got angry because she "didn't know" about things. Not only does she act like a spoiled brat by insisting that things are done her way (and whining/insulting if this doesn't happen) but she leaves anything she doesn't understand up to us. She's not fit to be working in a customer facing role. No wonder this company is so low rated, there are complaints about other workers acting in a similar manner.

So rude and unperfessional! Illegally towed my car. The signs are not up to code. They never gave me 96 hrs noticed. But regardless, i know i had my permit up. The tow yard told me my car was opened when they got there. Only other person near my car prior to getting towed was lindsey..When I got my car, my permit was on the driver side as if someone tossed it there. I'm starting to think that's what happened and I will be reviewing footage as soon as my neighbor is home. These are the worst ppl on earth . They do what they want because they know the police department can't do anything.and it cost more to get a lawyer. I'd give them negative stars if I could

Toni and Lindsay have been a breath of fresh air for our association. Im on the board and we worked with two other management companies prior to CID. Toni moves fast and doesn’t mess around, she ensures the association gets the best work at the best price from vendors. She loves a challenge will tackle the issues ensuring a transparent approach. She tells it like it is in the spirit of staying focused on what’s best for the association. Lindsay is right there with Toni. She’s proactive, organized, friendly and understanding. I’ll ask a question and she answers beyond what’s being asked to deliver full, thoughtful service.
