Cibola Apartments

We've had a wonderful experience with Cibola. We're new to Arizona and couldn't have found a better place to stay. Great location, great amenities, and everyone (particularly Dawn) in the leasing office has been super helpful and communicative. We've only had one maintenance issue in our 1+ years here, and it was fixed promptly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to rent in the Old Town Scottsdale area.

After setting the appointment for the visit, getting the confirmation for it, everything was seamless. Being professionally greeted at the door, all the information I requested for the apartment viewing was ready when I arrived. Dawn is remarkable, she knows her stuff. She was kind, friendly, and transparent. The apartments are beautiful and well appointmented in design and flow. Great visit to your complex! Thank you!

I love this apartment complex! I’ve never had any major issues other than a quick garbage disposal needing to be fixed and the maintenance guy, John, is super awesome and knowledgeable and fast to fix things! The front office staff is always so friendly and helpful! Kristie is the manager and anytime I’ve had a question with my lease or when it came time to renew she was also so helpful and accommodating. Dawn at the front desk always is friendly and willing to help me with my packages as well! Overall a great complex and staff making it so nice to live here!

I’m extremely disappointed with how this apartment handled things after my move-out. Despite returning my keys on time and providing my new mailing address directly to the office, I never received any communication about a remaining balance. Instead, the first notice I got was from a collection agency, which is both shocking and unprofessional. No resident should find out about a supposed balance this way. To make matters worse, they charged me for two extra days after my confirmed move-out date, even though the management had already acknowledged the correct date in writing. When I tried to get clarification, the manager never reached out proactively. I had to keep contacting them myself just to get basic information, and even then the explanations were incomplete.
