Ci Management

This has to be the absolutely best property management company I have ever lived under. They are amazing. They have lots of properties so typically you do reach an answering service but they always respond and call you back. They can also communicate with you by text messaging as well as through the portal. Elaine Robertson. It’s truly an angel. She is very kind, compassionate it is very good at what she does. She is definitely a woman full of grace.. and see how Management should be absolutely truly honored to have such a woman as Elaine working for this company. I am a proud resident of CI Management. I will always refer this property management company to people I know looking for a place to live. Thank you see Management for all that you do.

My first experience with CI was before I was even a tenant. While staying at my boyfriend’s CI-managed apartment, we woke up to the fire department evacuating us because the building was on fire. The cause was not a mystery or an accident: a breaker room filled with loose insulation and years-old paint cans. Fire extinguishers had not been inspected in over a decade. This happened in 2024. CI’s response was chilling. No urgency. No accountability. Just condescension and dismissive remarks. Displaced tenants were treated like inconveniences rather than people who very easily could have died. The same morning that building caught fire, we returned to my apartment to find a note taped to my door announcing that CI had just taken over management of my complex. I genuinely appreciate CI Management for their exceptional attentiveness to my needs and prompt responses and actions. They are doing an outstanding job managing and maintaining this property. I absolutely love my apartment; it’s incredibly beautiful! They have addressed any issues I’ve brought to their attention. There’s one thing that hasn’t been fixed, but I’ve requested maintenance for it. However, everything else is in excellent condition. The rent is reasonable, and the shower is amazing! You all rock!

Trust when people say this is the worst agency. Our power has gone in and out since the ice storm. Management has not sent anyone to come and fix it. They are always difficult to get in contact with. When you do get ahold of them, they are rude and do not intend to help. No direct phone line or contact, just straight to the operator who cannot help you, at all. The units have mold in them, AC units leak, kitchen leaks and the bathrooms leak. 5114 Columbia Ave complex is the worst to live in. They up charge people for rent. Some units are 600 while other units it’s up to 1,500 for one bed and one bath. 600 sq ft. CI Management has complexes all across Old East Dallas and they are all the same at every location. 0 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They are the worst and will triple charge you if you leave a balance . I live in this apartment 4year and fell on hard time and couldn't afford to pay my last month rent and move. I would of happily paid my balance once I got on my feet it was 3200 . I left a balance of 1175 and now the won't respond to me about where the other fees came from.
