Churncreek Village Apartments

Nothing is being done about my upstairs Neighbors they constantly stomp make tapping noises early in the morning to wake me up the apartments also have a little bit of bugs but they are a little nice

This is a great community to live as I have lived here for 5 years and have meet lots of nice people and have had great experience with the management team they are very positive and helpful with everything and take good care of Churn Creek Village apartments and I also love having a pool to use in the summer time as its so hot in Redding.

I knew someone who lived here many years ago and I thought the apartment was very nice and the property seamed to be safe and the neighborhood clean.

I think it’s disgusting to talk about other tenants in front of their doors. saw a whole group of people huddled up in front of one unit
