Churchland Square Apartments

The property manager Christina is professional, friendly and quick to address any concerns. The community is well kept, and maintenance request were resolved fast. Move out was hassle free. My experience from start to finish in this community was excellent.

Recently I had an issue with carbo monoxide being in my apt which caused me not to have hot water and cooking abilities! I would like to give thumbs to Mr. Luke on a tremendous job that the did making sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner! He was very passionate about getting the job done and making sure I was ok!!! Please recognize and thank him again for me on doing a great job! I was very happy with his work and being concerned!!! I’m really, really happy here and so glad I made the decision to move. Everyone is so kind, it’s pretty darn quiet, and whenever there is an issue the lovely ladies in the office are so sweet about helping out. The maintenance guys are kind, other neighbors I’ve met are sweet.. even the other dogs I’ve met while walking my Yorkie are friendly (plus I’ve never seen any dog poop!!) I’m so happy here and would recommend it to anyone.
