Churchill at Golden Triangle

It has been a blessing to have such an amazing group of people to work with. Mrs. Richards has been truly professional and so welcoming as we made it into our new home. Every property should strive for such professionalism. Thank you for setting the bar so high. Chase lead maintenance man hands down the best. I love how safe it feels here.

Churchill @ Golden Triangle cares about you and their community. The recent ice storm caused water damage and problems for many. But thanks to two dedicated employees here, namely Kara and Joshuel they proved your comfort was their goal... Kara was on it, and Joshuel actually lugged 5 gallon containers of water up 3 flights of stairs in the dangerously cold weather to assist me. I feel blessed to live here.

Mrs Cynthia Richards was a pleasure working with. She greeted us with an enthusiastic demeanor and shared a warm welcome to myself and my son. I met the manager Brittany and she was amazing kind and considerate. She explained to me in simple terms what the lease agreement would consist of. I am thankful for all the people that it took to get us in here. I absolutely love my two bedroom two bath and I look forward to spending more time in my community. I just sent my lease but I pray that I get to sign another one. I really love my apartment and couldn't be happier.

Ruuuuunnnnnnnnn!! If you can find better, please do so. They are nice until you move in. Once you move in, here comes this long list of things they note as a violation of the lease. The neighbors are extremely noisy and the walls are thin and I mean very thin! You can literally hear them talking if your home is quiet. Management is constantly changing which is a bad sign to being with. Save yourself the stress and headache of living here because they look for any and every reason to kick you out. I rather break my lease than live here another year. One star is too generous they really deserve zero stars!

Ms Cynthia did an AMAZING JOB (give her a raise 🤑💰) helping answer all my questions, very efficient and diligent. Every one in office seemed nice & very professional. Looking forward for my tour next trip to property soon. Oh very clean too
