The greatest community ever! The office staff provides outstanding service—especially Alicia and Susie. The new manager, Cinthya, truly knows her stuff and handles everything with care and efficiency. The location is extremely convenient, with everything close by. The community is clean and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend it!

I was very much impressed by Edd, he sold me on the house. Hopefully there will be an opening for me in October. He is an excellent Assistant Manager, the best at his job. Thumbs up for Mr. Edd.

This has gone downhill big time. You pay 2100 plus for rent and the pool is always broken the hot tub always broken. We get emails of the maintenance to change filters and batteries. That never happened. What a waste.

Do NOT live here!!! Safe yourself the headache and find somewhere else. When living here we paid for a garage, they gave us the garage fob it didn't match what was on our contract but they said it was fine. Fast forward a couple months, new management took over and I had a sticker on my garage door where my car was saying to contact the office or my car was going to get towed in the AM... I saw this after office hours since I work night shift. I try to get my car out to go to work and they had disconnected the motor so the garage wouldn't open so my car was stuck in there. We called the after hours number and they said they would call maintenance to help.. Maintenance never came... When we called about the incident, it escalated up and we were able to talk to someone from corporate. Once t
