This place is so cute. I’m looking for my daughter and her friend and I think they would love this place! So cute so clean, ladies up front phenomenal seems like they keep this place in order.

I love this complex. I highly recommend checking it out at the top of your list if you’re looking, because if it’s within your budget, you won’t want to look anywhere else. My two bedroom unit is a freestanding building with a yard for my dogs. And it’s less expensive than the one bedroom at my previous complex. Mariah is great in the Leasing Office and their maintenance team is very polite and quick to complete work orders. There are also only 130 units, so the complex is well kept up and maintenance is on top of everything. Definitely come check it out.

This is my 2nd time living here, the property is still as gorgeous as it was when it was first built. MARISOL was extremely professional and got me approved quickly, answered all my questions promptly. So glad to be back here at Christopher Todd on Greenway, my apartment was clean, move in ready, and still looks brand new, and it is very quiet and I feel very safe here.

I have lived here for just over 2 years now and it has really gone downhill. The girls currently in the front office are rude and extremely unhelpful. I have emailed about termite tubes on my back stem wall and got no response. I am told they will be entering my home for smoke detector tests and an inspection but give me 2 days, when I ask what day so I can stay home because of my dogs I am told they can not specify a day and I can lock my dogs in the bathroom. I WILL NOT be renewing my lease and I discourage people from renting here. It is way over priced and the girls in the office are extremely unprofessional. The only reason a gave 2 stars is because the maintenance men have been great. They are always helpful and kind. Edit: After posting this review I received a call from the office

This property is beautiful but the management (leasing office) should take a class in customer service and communication because neither exist! It's frustrating when, for months, you ask for a response to your email and promised things but never follow through. Juan, in maintenance, is AMAZING!
