The building maintenance is just basic, with the main focus being, turning over the apartments. Our building has 30 yr old carpet throughout that has never been cleaned well. Our maintenance guy "started" painting the hallways 2 yrs ago and then stopped and Never finished. I asked our building manager why they couldn't just hire a company to come in and finish some of the work (painting and cleaning)? She said "keep dreaming" !!!

As a landlord, I would be very cautious about working with this organization. Their communication is terrible, and they can remove your tenant at any time—often without clear explanation. I was told my tenant would be renewed and that they were just waiting on a document. Three months later, without warning, they dropped her and left me to handle everything on my own. This kind of inconsistency makes it impossible to trust anything they say. Going to corporate only made things worse, not better. There are several other agencies in Syracuse that are much more reliable and professional. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Actually this is the worst property I have ever lived on since I've lived on this property it has caused me many health issues. They lie about their property .they advertise as smoke free..a lie.many nasty rodents smoke..then move to another building lease say ..none smoking building,almost everyone smoke and drug dealers in and out often..do not move yourself or your family to their property..unless they are nasty smokers..

I am an 79 year old Senior and recently moved from CC at Bessie Riordan, where I had been a happy resident for 7 years. The staff was wonderful, responsive and considerate. I moved to the CC Malta Manor and enrolled in the PACE program. The staff are just as wonderful here. Jennifer the Manager is thoughtful and efficient t.

We just underwent annual inspection. The worst apts were looked. One directly accrosed from me, 116. Its atrocious. The Apt of a Horder. The property manager is aware of this. There are unfare practices here. You have been decived.
