Christine is a Brevard County expert!  She knew the ins, outs and details of all the neighborhoods we were interested in.  Christine pointed out considerations that we would not have realized, for example, the impact on traffic flow and travel time of having a traffic light at the edge of the neighborhood.  Christine was extremely responsive and able to quickly flex when our requirements changed.  You definitely want Christine to help you find your new home!

Christine is the absolute best as a realtor. The time and effort she put into listening to my exact wants in a home and even more me being in Korea buying a home in Florida. Christine assisted with going to numerous homes and giving me honest feedback that I could relate to not knowing or seeing the location in first person. There were many videos walk throughs that made me getting a visual depiction of the homes I was I interested in. I would recommend Christine 1000 times over for a quality experience with a relationship built past business!!!!!

Christine helped us research various new construction to get us the best price and terms as well as amenities offered by the builder. As retired military, we were ready to settle down for awhile, but didn’t want to be busy with too many upgrades or projects. Christine found us a builder who provided a mailbox and irrigation and paid closing costs, and she got them to hustle with loan approvals and move up the closing date too! Her advice to hire an independent inspector proved valuable too. He pointed out things that needed to be remedied, and she immediately coordinated with the construction manager to get everything taken care of ASAP. Closing was smooth and we’re loving our new house! Quiet neighborhood and great neighbors. Nice to have a place to settle into for more than 2 to 3

Christine goes above and beyond for all of her clients. If you text her, she answers, if you call her, she answers. Christine understand fully that buying a home can be a stressful process but she makes it as easy as possible. I knew very little about the homebuying process when I first started with Christine. After purchasing my first home with her insight, I feel like I have something to stand on for all future home selling and buying and will definitely be using her in the future if needed. If I would rate her 10/5 I would.
