Chris Nowling has been my Go-To inspector for over 30 years based on his vast knowledge, experience, professionalism and his great attitude with my real estate clients. Chris produced an exceptional inspection report. He was punctual with a huge overview of everything relevant to buying a property. He had a great report with multiple pictures with arrows defining specific needs for improvement and should be improved and maybe you can improve. He was also kind and compassionate. He explained everything great job.
