DO NOT EVER rent from this man. He is a crook and a liar. We lived in a house, me, my husband and 4 little kids, the house ended up being full of mold which we told him and the owner about and nothing was done, they wouldn’t do anything to fix it. He then tried to evict us because we had to call code enforcement because there was so many electrical issues in the house, again they wouldn’t do anything about, then we move out and they try to charge us $7000 in stuff we had nothing to do with, making up lies about things being broken, and things they had to fix. Absolutely crooks. Don’t ever rent from him. I will attach just some of the mold and condensation we had to deal with, that we sent to him too that he wouldn’t fix, there’s definitely something wrong with the house because there would
