Chris Kuchnicki - DC-MD-VA Real Estate - Samson Properties

We were the first to apply for an apartment that Chris said nobody had seen or applied to. Samson Properties sat on our application for over a week before informing us that the owner had gone with another tenant. That’s frustrating but legal. On top of that we paid more than the legally allowable application free of $53 in DC. When asked for a refund Chris pointed the blame at the third party rental screening company (RentSpreee) that we were directed to apply to by Samson Properties instead of just admitting that we were overcharged for an apartment application and ignored for a week.

I usually never write reviews but Jordan is the best. She is excellent and here I am done with closing - bought the condo that I wanted the most. She is very responsive and is knowledgeable about all of the steps and is always trying her best to listen to your questions and be on top of everything. I appreciate her professionalism and was able to finish my home buying within 3 weeks. As a first time home buyer going through the process was Jordan was my best decision.

Chris is a true professional. Extremely knowledge and a true professional. He knows how to price a home well, and is always straightforward and tells his clients the truth no matter what the situation is. Would give 10 Stars if I could!

Do you ever feel that your real estate agent is not listening to you? Well you won’t feel like that with Chris and Penny. I swear I felt like I was their only client and I know I wasn’t. Chris was extremely patient and was a good sounding board when my wife and I had totally different ideas of what we wanted. Moving to NOVA, DC or Maryland.
