Chocolate Works

We’ve lived at Chocolate Works for 10 months and love it so much we renewed our lease early. The location is amazing with many shops, museums, theaters & restaurants within walking distance. But the outstanding feature is the staff. They are friendly & helpful by taking care of packages, keeping common areas spotless, and full time workers maintaining the building.

Living at The Chocolate Works has been such a great experience. You can't beat the location - it makes city living so convenient. The staff here are incredible; the front desk & property management team are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with anything that comes up. Between the shared spaces, the convenience, and the way the team takes care of residents, it truly feels like home, and I couldn’t recommend it more.

We have lived at the Chocolate Works for about 3.5 years now - we highly recommend the property! Any maintenance needs are taken care of quickly, the common areas are always clean and tidy, and our unit is spacious.

I toured Chocolate Works and ended up renting at another location owned by the same management company but what the apartments I toured had in common was they were a good deal, especially factoring in things like fees and walkability. The property has new amenities. Like the apartment I rented, the one I toured here was renovated but had a lot character. If price matters and you want to live in a decent place, Chocolate Works is a good option.

The Chocolate Works has quite literally the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. The building itself is beautiful. Also extremely dog friendly which is the best part.
