Chloe on Cirby Apartments

*UPDATE* Getting help from the office has drastically improved. Alina is amazing and tries to help however she can. Biggest complaint is the upstairs noise. Part of the remodels was ripping out the upstairs carpets and putting down hardwood floors so now we hear EVERY FOOTSTEP from our upstairs neighbors. It’s very noisy even with having a tv on and sound machines for our kids. And don’t get me started on when their kid starts running around up there, it sounds like our ceiling is going to come down. Whenever we have company over it’s literally all they can talk about is how noisy and ridiculous our upstairs neighbors are. The best apartment I have lived in! The community is diverse and family oriented. The office staff and maintenance are amazing, workorders and questions are always answered immediately. The complex is safe and quiet, neighbors are friendly, and amenities and upgrades inside are appreciated! I also love the closet space. Thank you to all who help keep Chloe going!

Live at these apartments for 5 years and was there for the transition to a new management. Ever since the new owners many upgrades have happened and they were great. The exterior of the apartment complex looks so much better and the laundry room are great but I wish they had a folding station. Over all I cannot complain of the new owners they have made living there nice and in a way fixed the parking issue with less abandoned cars on the property. We moved out earlier this year simply because we out grew the space and needed a home for our growing family. They were understanding when i purchased my new home and allowed me to work a move out date based off our escrow closing. We lived here for a year and a half in a 2-bedroom apartment, but we needed to expand and were looking for a 3-bedroom apartment. At Chloe on Cirby they were more expensive and we decided to choose a different complex and so we moved out. We had calm and quiet neighbors at Chloe on Cirby, no one disturbing our rest at night. Service requests were quickly dealt with and the manager was always on call. I know that parked cars sometimes had their wheels stolen, but I put secret bolts on and never had that problem. I also had a problem with the air conditioner, it stopped working at the peak of the heat. The repairmen came several times, but they could fix it only on the 6th day. Our lease at Chloe on Cirby has been absolutely phenomenal. The units are very nicely remodeled, and modern. They're also in the process of redoing the landscaping so the apartments will look even better in the coming months. The appliances, heating and air work great. The open layout and ample natural light create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are top-notch. Dorena and the management team were very responsive to any concerns, which is rare these days. The location is very convenient as its nearby to i-80. Living at Chloe on Cirby was a great experience, and we'd definitely recommend.
