Definition of BAIT & SWITCH company. Absolutely unprofessional business. Was looking for a house to rent as my husband and I are moving from Florida to NC and found a house that they were a management company for. The landlord that they are assisting in renting the house that we were interested in has been so unreliable and unprofessional as well. Coupled together, they both have been horrible for us. Ms. Sun tried to sell me a home that had no permits pulled on the renovation done. Be careful she does not respect her realtors licenses. She got a lawyer on me to not pay me my money that she keeping because she failed to pull permits when needed and not paying me.

If you pay your bills and have a good credit score and leave the property like you got it you will have the best renter experience you could possibly have. Tony Yao is a professional and very fair. The home we rented was great and priced fair in a market where they could easily overcharge you. They don’t do that! Great experience here thank you again.
