I have been a resident in the Chisholm Point Community for over a year. It's been very pleasant. The ladies in the office has always provided an open door. The maintenance crew has been very prompt. The landscaping crew does a wonderful job at keeping our community beautiful. The security is awesome. Nothing in our community goes unnoticed.

My family and I moved in back in October of 2024. We’ve had nothing less than a great experience thus far from the management team. Any maintenance requests/issues we may have had, get taken care of in a speedy manner. What we love the most is the layout options as well as hard surface flooring throughout! Including bedrooms & closets, which are hard to come by. And additional perks?? Location!! In a quiet area, within close proximity to shopping and highway/tnpk. Neighbors have been friendly and the community overall is a peaceful vibe! Thanks Chisolm Pointe!

Really friendly staff. Quick and easy move-in. Wonderful move-in special. Difficult to predict maintenence though. Upon move-in, we experienced low water pressure. Also, lack of shower rods. We put in two work orders. No one has shown up all week. When we initially put in the first work-order. A comment was made saying "You have dogs so it may not get done asap." Despite having dogs, we should still be accommodated to. I can put the dogs outside or in another room. Just so I could be there, I requested to be called. I work an extremely flexible nearby job and can go home if needed, therefore requested to be contacted prior. I was told "someone will be there today." I asked my husband to stay home while I was at work, then proceeded to continue moving and cleaning our old place. He told me

It’s a nice place to live. Perfect location, love the security gates and the two dog parks. Units are new and have great appliances. The office management is friendly and try to be helpful. Unfortunately, I did move out. Units are small and storage space really is none. Current rent is a little high for the space. And so much trash at the dumpster on the ground. People speeding through in their cars, however the new speed bumps helped. Also, at least one security gate was always down. Also, they never, never answer the office phone, not sure there even is a phone. Email was the best way to reach them! I did enjoy the time I was there. It’s a good transition home. Kelly is awesome!
