Maintenance and office are great. You get treated how you treat them. I personally never had a problem with them only the actual person who owns the property they manage I had issues with. They are quick to fix what the landlord allows and work with you to the best of their ability if you communicate it in a reasonable manner and way. My reason for moving is place is to small no storage and roof now is leaking. There is other issues with house not being properly maintained like for example we had squirrels living in the walls for almost a year (before he was forced by office to do anything) and the roof could have been resolved already. My issues lay with John the landlord. Anyway I was not paid or am not staff making review, every place has it's ups and downs. I would rent again from this

Rooming house on Lynn Ave in Altoona is a great place to live. CVPM owns & operates the building. They listen and care about the safety & concerns of all the tenants. The Management office handles all work orders if any, in a timely manner and maintenance keeps the building up to code at all times which includes sparkling cleanliness by the bi-weekly housekeeper! Nice, Safe and budget friendly with a close knit community! Thanks to CVPM for all they do for us!!! 😃

Refuse to plow shared driveways and parking spaces — our unit has a large driveway and many shared parking spaces and garages between multiple units — refused to plow shared area and said it was our responsibility— who’s responsibility of all these tenants and buildings is it? It’s too large a space to plow by hand, especially with the large amount of snow and the fact the entire driveway is covered in potholes which they told us would be filled in but never made any attempts to fill in. There is basically a massive lake in the middle of the parking spaces. They don’t care about the quality of the unit & shared spaces.
