Chimney Hill

I toured this property while visiting apartments in the area, and after a drive-through I decided not to consider it further. The community appears poorly maintained: trash was scattered around the grounds, and the dumpsters were overflowing. A responsible management team should address this by providing adequate waste capacity, as this can lead to rodent issues. The landscaping also looked neglected. In addition, the gates were wide open and unsecured, which raises concerns about safety. Overall, the property gave the impression of being mismanaged, and I would not recommend it to others seeking a well-kept and secure community.

**Update as of 3/4/26** *Do not be fooled by the “five star” reviews those are just people asked to leave a great rating after viewing the apt or associates of the leasing staff* - More gun shots throughout the night..I am literally fearful and depressed I just want to leave this place. - Rent has gone up and I don’t understand why and the leasing office doesn’t answer the phone. - These are the only apartments in the area that charge an absurd rate, the others charge between $700-$1200 for a 1 bedroom. - Trash is still left on the ground from residents it’s so disgusting. - Loud residents and kids everyday. **I plan on updating you all until I am officially out of this hell hole** Would not recommend!! Their attitude toward residents is disrespectful and frustrating, and the overall customer service needs serious improvement. In particular, Joseline at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. She did not communicate respectfully and seemed unaware of how to properly interact with residents.

I’ve had a great experience at Chimney Hill Apartments. The location is convenient and well-kept, and management has been very helpful. Krystal, the manager, is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Overall, it’s been a positive place to live.

Very disappointing experience with Chimney Hill. The customer service is terrible. Every time you call with a problem, they don’t help or try to solve anything. The staff, especially the person at the front desk, is extremely rude and disrespectful to customers. It feels like they simply do not care about the residents at all. Instead of helping, they make you feel like you are bothering them. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend living here to anyone.
