Chili Gardens

I’ve been staying here for over a year I love my actual apartment, but neighbors are LOUD AND CARELESS THEY SMOKE CIGARETTES IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM , They LEAVE TRASH ALL THROUGHOUT THE HALLS, MY BATHROOM CEILING HAS FLOODED IN 3xs, THEY DRAG THEIR FEET WHEN ITS TIME TO REPAIR WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED, HOLLY & the MAINTENANCE CREW ARE TERRIBLE AT THEIR JOB !!

I moved here in May of 2023. My apartment looks exactly as pictured. I have updated closets and tons of closet space, including a linen closet. The master bedroom is huge. Everything works in the kitchen. When my dishwasher went, it was replaced by a brand new one. And maintenance did not just come into my apartment whenever they wanted, it was always pre-scheduled, and they are respectful. As is the apartment manager, Holly, who is also friendly and very nice. The complex grounds are manicured and clean, including the underground swimming pool. The laundry room is clean and so are the hallways. And at night, the complex is quiet, and so peaceful. I been here a year and so far it’s been a bunch of bull they raise your rent for absolutely nothing the pool has barely been open and the cockroaches and the damn mice now it’s been one thing after another this place has gone downhill completely I wish that I never move here at all I’m definitely looking for new place to move to because they don’t do anything I had to buy the mice trap and roaches spay I’m completely over these apartments

Working the night shift I haven’t had any real problems with noise. Other tenants are friendly and the maintenance staff do a pretty good job taking care of the place. Maintenance issues are handled in a timely matter. Only real issue is tenants with dogs who walk them around and let them do their business anywhere they want like literally outside their own door and in front of other peoples doors including the sidewalks. Smokers also enjoy just throwing their butts on the sidewalks. Maintenance tries to take care of the property but sadly people are just lazy.

I had such a pleasant experience with my rental experience at Chili Gardens. Holly assisted me throughout my experience with being approved and living at this residence. She was very professional kind understanding and knowledgeable. Any issues I had which was very few was handled in a timely manner.
