Chicora Association Management

This place manages my homeowners association and they are extremely bad. They attempt to farm the homeowners for revenue, disrespect our right to due process of law, engage in harassment. They send out form letters and try to fine homeowners for everything under the sun, they just pronounce you guilty and try to get money off of you, and are in complete denial of the legal process in this country. Real bad business, very unethical.

I have had a lot of problems with this management company. They attempt to farm homeowners for revenue and try to levy fines without due process of law, they pronounce property owners "guilty" with form letters and try to get money off of you. Avoid this business at all cost, lots of hassle and lots of disrespect towards basic property rights.
