Chicago Title of Washington

Fantastic title/escrow company. I am a local mortgage lender (my office is next door) and I’ve worked with many title and escrow offices out of area. We are very fortunate to have a company like Chicago title here locally in Bellingham.

As a former loan consultant assistant I came in with high expectations of how this process should go. The staff at Chicago Title was very thorough in explaining all the paperwork and answered any questions my husband and I had. They are very knowledgeable and are experts in this field. I was blown away with the level of professionalism that they demonstrated when we signed our purchase papers. I was so happy with them I asked for them again, when signing our refinance! Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Popped in today with some questions pertaining to property in Point Roberts. We were met by two wonderful receptionists who were professional, charming and courteous. Once we told them why we were there one went to retrieve a staff member to answer our questions. Mark Logan, Assistant Vice President, took us to a private office, answered all our questions and provided us with many pieces documentation necessary to assist us. Mark was outstanding and gave us a good twenty minutes of his time and didn't charge us anything for his services. Just wanted to give a shout out to this company and a big thank you to Mark and his front office staff.

Russ Kim and Kelli Brown were absolutely amazing in assisting me with a complicated out of State home closing process. They both went out of their way to help me out and they demonstrated great kindness and generosity with use of their time and skills. I am forever grateful!
