Had the unpleasant experience of working with this business for a closing. Never return phone calls, documentation incorrect even after identify errors, delays. I am experienced with closing on properties, this has to be the worst experience.

Kim Amavisca was recommended to me by a lender. This was a horrible recommendation. Her team's lack of responsiveness while she was out of the office and her lack of professionalism when she returned led to me canceling my escrow with them and moving it to a more responsive and professional company. Having sold thousands of homes in my real estate career, the service I received from Kim and her team ranked right up there with the worst ever. BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE!!!

I’m buying a house. Timing is important to me, but I get no indication it is to this agency. Four times over the course of a week they promised and failed to send instructions so my bank could wire transfer the money to the escrow account. Later, when I inquired as to the status of closing, I was assured that the only thing they lacked was the information from the Homeowners Association, which they assured me had been requested. When I asked for a receipt after I took in a cashier’s check for the remainder of the sale, they assured me no receipt was necessary. Today I contacted the HOA to find out what was holding up the transmittal of the info to the Chicago Title. This has been a nightmare. We bought a modular through them and have been waiting months (seven and counting) with no titles. They keep using Covid as their excuse but at this point, I attribute it to their inefficiencies and lack of concern. My neighbor whose realtor handled the titles for her got hers in less than a month. Chicago Title told us that it had to be mailed to Phoenix from Yuma. The Phoenix MVD says they have never received any paperwork. I could have walked it to Phoenix myself in this amount of time. Chicago Title says they send it, get it back with requests for corrections; they correct it and send it back and then the pattern repeats. Shouldn't a title company know what is correct in the first place without repeated requests from MVD for corrections? I will NEVER
