Can't speak for the company as a whole - But if you're unlucky enough to get put with Nicky Balliet or her team - I would advise working with someone else. Main issue - Contractual negligence on their end. They also ignored several emails and phone calls and were generally unable/unwilling to do their job. Months later they are now trying to somewhat rectify their missteps. Look elsewhere.

They seemed fine when we closed on the purchase of our home so we called when we needed a current title report to record with the county for some building permits. They stated getting a printed title report would be a 7-10 day wait and cost over $350 after tax. The officer I spoke with talked over me in a condescending sing-song, high pitched voice. I got the clear message they do not like to fulfill these requests. The reason I gave one star is simply because she told me they are not the only option for this and we could use another company. Which was helpful as we were able to get what we needed in a one day turn around at less than half the price with a different title company. We were happy to support a smaller local company who was genuinely helpful and clearly wanted the business.

Notary was ready on time, friendly, and efficient. Offices were clean and were taking reasonable covid precautions. Parking was super easy.

They provide commendable customer service and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
