I feel that everyone should right a review. Regardless of their experiences. I will not allow no one to take my money for services that were not met in written contract. That's exactly what they did. My wife and I live here for four months now. We have made it liveable. Roaches, dirty carpet and a messed up staff that's not willing to help. It is not just our apartment, its most of them. No security at night. And to top it off they employed two staff who embezzled money from the company. We had no heat for the first week, now we have no hot water in our shower. The maintenance crew socks. They out source for all your maintenance needs. Don't rent. They don't even deserve a one star

I lived here for two years. Overtime the bathroom closet and bedroom closets fell down. The metal was warped. The fake tile was disgusting and chipping. When I moved out I left it empty and cleaned as much of the fake tile that I could. The carpet was worn down of course after two years. I was charged for numerous things (carpet cleaning, closest doors which I reported broken and were never fixed, and cleaning in general. I'm sorry don't u have to fix up a apartment when renting it out again? The biggest and worst part was the management team which has switched over twice since I was there. My favorite part was trying to talk to the person in charge who seem to be out of the office every time I stop by or called. I have lived here 2 in a half years. Its very affordable to live here and to be honest I live comfortable. But beside the fact when my upstairs neighbors are home they are very noisy. But I like that we are close to the freeway, stores and kids schools, but every year the rent goes up. The apartments have Roaches, so you have to have pest control come every week. When it comes to repairs, the office blames maintenance for not fixing things and maintenance blames the office. They say they dont want to order things because it messes with there bonuses, so they take forever to repair things and hope we forget about the repairs. I've had ac problems, leaking water through the walls nasty smell through the vents that they say are the pipes. But they want there rent on time which it's bs.

It was cool living there, management are liars and I moved out to another state 3 months ago and have yet to receive my deposit back. Manger claim they sent off my deposit off but I haven’t received it, gave them the correct address too many times. They have to do better with returning people’s money.

Not only will you not get your deposit back, they will secretly put and illegal eviction on you , that they claim they can take off for a 1000, the constable office advised against, management are rude and dismissive almost always closed during business hrs makes it almost impossible to pay rent or get anything fix
