I wish I could rate this company 0 stars. Sonita is the only person who actually wants to help residents. I lived in 999 N 15th Street Unit 12 for 1 year. Andrew was great to work with as well and was very responsive. He even responded after I moved in to help me get in contact with the property manager. He was very helpful. He also communicated well when he was showing my apartment and helped navigate around my work schedule. Here is my review for the rest of this company: They did not provide me the access code for the first two days that my lease started. I had to contact so many people, and eventually started calling every extension I could find. No response from anyone until a day later. I’ve had a really great experience with Chevron Realty Management and wanted to share it. From day one, the team has been friendly, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something checked out in my apartment, they’ve handled it quickly and professionally. The building itself is kept clean and well-maintained, and you can tell they actually care about the property and the people living in it. The common areas always look good, packages are handled smoothly, and I’ve felt very comfortable and at home here. It’s honestly refreshing to deal with a management company that communicates clearly, treats residents with respect, and follows through on what they say. I recently moved in and Bianca in the office was wonderful! She walked me through the entire move in process and assisted with the keyless entry process. She ensured I was completely satisfied, providing excellent customer service. Bianca is very kind and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy! She got my maintenance request quickly addressed by Christian who did an excellent job with the maintenance request! I'm loving my new place. Thank you much Bianca!☺️

I lived in a Chevron owned building for a year and a half. Aharon Sperka was the realtor I communicated with throughout my stay, and he was incredibly helpful when it came to maintenance requests and safety concerns. Multiple times he helped me out with simple maintenance requests- sometimes even texting me an easy fix I could potentially make myself, so I didn't have to wait for someone to come out. Upon moving out I had some trouble with a neighbor who lacks boundaries and Aharon was receptive and apologetic- even offering continued communication if need be. As a young woman living on my own this kind of support was a welcome reminder that there are good people out there.

Chevron has been a pleasure to work with over the last 2 years. They are responsive to tenant requests and work orders are prioritized. Its great to actually be able reach the managers by phone when I need to. Aharon was great and now my property is managed by Jesse who has been really responsive as well. If I wasn't moving out of town I would renew again. These guys are great!
