Customer services is horrible!!!!! I requested a quote on an appraisal of a home due to a death. Chet said he would call back after 6pm but no response at that time then I texted Chet close to 8pm. I reached out to him and he responded way past 6pm. Which I shouldn’t have to reach out to him at all. Chet texted he had a computer issue. So why did Chet not text me these issues as I’m a possible customer? Personally my opinion it was an excuse due to not being responsible. Phones are not computers. So the theres 2 different services. Chet lies and I would not recommend Chet at all. There are others that I would respect to do an appraisal. So NO i do not recommend and I would use someone else.
