Live these apartments, very affordable been here for alil over a year had no issues. Victoria is an amazing leasing agent made the application process very easy. The maintenance responds in a timely manner. Very clean community

I have been a part of this community for at least 8 years, and I've had nothing but a good experience. Staff has always been professional and maintenance does good work. The grounds are kept well.

I've only been here for a few months and I've been bombarded with roaches. I cannot count how many times I've cleaned all areas and appliances but they find their way into the fridge and freezer even after a deep clean. They're in every nook, wall, crack, etc. Their "monthly" cleanings do nothing but make the problem worse. It's a shame that my first ever apartment is unlivable. I'm in no way of breaking my lease until I find a more suitable place to live. I've been told countlessly to clean by the office but that does nothing. I'm afraid to turn on lights in the kitchen that I might find roaches scrambling under the oven and fridge. They wouldn't let me tour until I gave them the deposit and I feel stuck here for another year. If they have roaches then their sister locations have them as

This place is infested with roaches and mice. They lie and say they will send an exterminator and he comes once every three months only if you call and remind them though and he doesn’t do much besides spray the cracks with a substance for two seconds with a substance I’m not even sure contains anything to kill the pests. The other tenants throw trash everywhere except the dumpsters. The hallways stink like cat piss and other unimaginable things. Yet they never fail to raise the rent whenever they can. The plumbing is done as cheap as could be making it impossible to take a normal shower without being burnt by scolding hot water or stuck with freezing cold water. I'm new to the area and was looking for a place to rent. I have a relatives that reside at Chestnut Run Village and thought I would start here first being that the rent isn't too high and I was told the area was decent. Well despite my relative warning boy was I in for a treat! RUN! Lawd how do people live like this!? Roaches, mice and outside cats oh NO! the buildings STINK when you enter them! They're dirty both inside and outside of the building. Cars blocking parked in the middle of the walkway...It's a no for me!
