I love living here! Everything I need I talk to Anthony and he is just amazing! Very polite, kind and helpful. The whole staff is petty great if you ask me. The amenities are great, well maintained and well managed, I LOVE the pool, the gym is ok but it’s very convenient to have it available then when I don’t feel like driving to the gym elsewhere. Specially in the cold. Last year they hosted a pool party with great food and soft drinks. It was delightful. Every issue I have had they took care of it immediately. I will only move out when I buy my own home, I will miss my cute apartment and the pool for sure. Also, location. It is close to everything. Thanks Chestnut Ridge apartments - you guys rock. I'd say 5 stars but no place is perfect, always room for improvement. That said, 4.99 stars fyi. I've been renting here for 4 months and going on 5 end of this month. Any issues I've reported to maintenance have been resolved within 2-48hrs based on severity, and the repairs are done correctly, including replacing appliances with new appliances where needed. Maintenance personnel ive delt with are friendly, courteous, and follow instructions for calling on arrival, etc... Leasing office is responsive to any inquiries before, after, and during leasing. I've had no issues when discussing with the staff on premise. Chestnut Ridge Apartments have been a great experience for us! It's close to the city, restaurants, shopping and the management is great! The property is kept well and the maintenance crew is fabulous; always willing to help! We have been living here for 10+ years.

I have lived at Chestnut Ridge for several years and have nothing but positive experiences living here from staff, to maintenance and to all amenities. Everyone is so nice, welcoming and make you feel right at home. I know the day we buy a house and have to move out will be a bittersweet day because of how amazing Chestnut is/ has been.

From the day of my tour until now, four years later, living at Chestnut Ridge is a great experience because of the staff. Every interaction with office and maintenance staff is pleasant and staff is helpful. Maintenance is usually done the same day, and sometimes within an hour or two. It is a great place to live!
