Chestnut Park

Hiiiiiiiieeeee!!!!! This place is awesome! I was in a real pinch at another apartment called Plex called the Frederick. They were making very difficult for me to move out for some reason however, when I came over to Chestnut Park Apartments, they were very very helpful. Very understanding of my situation and they got me moved into a very big apartment! The one bedroom apartments here are freaking fantastic and it’s more than enough room for one person. I don’t know what to do with all the space but I’m definitely gonna do something with it. The staff here are absolutely fantastic. They’ll do anything they can to help you. I do ask for anyone that is going to be attending here. Please be patient with the staff. They’re working very very hard to make sure to keep the complex looking nice and

I’ve been living here for over four months, and there are a lot of issues with my apt. The bathrooms were disgusting, and the water did not want to go down in the bath. The second bathroom was leaking water from the second floor, and it took two weeks to fix it. The A/C has been broken for eight days, and nobody has come to check; I went to the office and asked if someone could come and fix the A/c, and they said they were on it, which was a lie. I do not know how long it will take to fix the A/C. If I knew this place had this type of issue, I wouldn’t move here. Please don’t move here!!!! Also, other people that don’t live in the complex come and dump their trash.

Do not move here. The apartment was infested with roaches before I moved in. They make you pay for pest control every month, but wont send them even if you put in a service request. The water is shut off every other day for repairs, sometimes without notice. Can range anywhere from 30 minutes to 6 hours. The washing machines/dryers are constantly breaking down and wont give you a refund. In the summer, people party by the pool blasting music until 2am. So if you do move in, buy some ear plugs. And the main gates to keep people out have worked maybe a total of 1 month out of the year I have lived here. So dont keep any valuables in your car. Basically you get what you pay for.

I've had a lot of people say bad things about this place. But as a standard of living the people in the front office and the management that I've had a chance to speak with, really do try their best and go above and beyond. Especially during this time of the covid pandemic, there are even employees in the front office who try their best to help out people who are behind in rent and even let them know different ways of how to apply and make it very easy to get some of your back rent situated and resolved. The maintenance man, I've heard he's been there for a long time, and due to his time there at that property he has done his very best to keep it up and maintained to the best of his knowledge.
